Eurovent production is equipped with modern machines from Switzerland and Italy and is ISO 9001 certified. The technical control department performs 100% inspection at all stages — from incoming material control to output parameter verification before shipment. All issues are addressed using the 5 Why system, preventing recurrence. The factory has implemented a Business Continuity Planning system, ensuring on-time order fulfillment even during supply chain disruptions.

European-Level Quality

We position ourselves as a manufacturer of European-quality equipment. At the same time, Eurovent is a fully domestic manufacturer with official confirmation. 80% localization — this is the share of Russian-made components. We are accredited by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and included in the GISP registry.

A team of 39 qualified engineers allows us to develop each Eurovent unit individually — from scratch. This is not just a choice from a catalog of standard solutions, but full-fledged engineering design for a specific facility. We consider everything: climate zone, room purpose, air quality requirements, and energy consumption limits.

Energy Efficiency Laboratory

Based on the Eurovent engineering center, a unique "Energy Efficiency Laboratory" has been created for Russia. This is not just a test bench — it is a full-fledged research center where future technologies are born. The laboratory allows us to develop advanced and often unique energy-efficient solutions that other manufacturers do not have. Development is carried out in close cooperation with our partner university — Tolyatti State University. A team of 30 engineers participates in the development.

2001

Production of circular ducts and shaped products using Swiss SPIRO technology for ventilation systems installation was launched.

2002

Production of rectangular air ducts of Euroduct classes H and P for ventilation and air conditioning systems was launched.

Production of network equipment for ventilation systems was launched: duct fans, air curtains, air intake and distribution grilles, valves for various purposes, etc.

2004

Production of frame-type central air conditioners from European parts and components (Spain, Germany, France, Italy), ACS (automatic control systems) and mixing units for them was launched.

2005

Production of pre-insulated PU foam pipelines for external heat supply using Finnish technology was launched.

2006

Active development of the regional sales network. Company representative offices are opened in Ufa, Kazan, Ulyanovsk, Samara and Saratov.

2007

Production of central air conditioners of medical and cold climate versions was launched and certified.

2008

A new production shop for central air conditioners was put into operation.

2010

Active expansion of the geography of supplies, the company steadily increases production volumes.

2011

A strategic course to develop the energy efficiency of manufactured equipment was determined. A new series of energy-efficient Central Air Conditioners, EXPERT, was designed. Production of explosion-proof central air conditioners was launched.

2013

Production of central air conditioners with injector humidification and emergency supply units with diesel drive was launched. The 'Climate' line of central air conditioners was modernized. The geography of Eurovent representatives is expanding.

2015

Production of roof-mounted climate installations was launched: Rooftop, Roofvent.

2016

The unique 'Energy Efficiency Laboratory' for the Russian Federation was established. The product line was supplemented with small-sized installations, and the Air Curtain line was updated.

2017

A new online selection program for Central Air Conditioners 'Eurovent-online' was launched.

2021
Digital Transformation and Efficiency

The company becomes a member of the National Project on Labor Productivity, introducing lean production technologies. The key event of the year is the transition to IT solutions in ventilation: a patent was obtained for proprietary 'Predictive Diagnostics' software (№ 2020616419) for predicting component wear, and the RecuLogic intelligent recuperator protection system was .

2022
Strategic Partnerships and Mega Projects

Year of cooperation with state corporations. Successfully passed the audit of Rosatom State Corporation: obtained a license to design equipment for nuclear industry facilities. Received Certificate of Type Approval from the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS). Landmark projects were implemented: equipping compressor stations of the 'Power of Siberia' gas pipeline and creating a complex cooling system for a data center in the 'Utkina Zavod' business center.

2023
Biotechnology and BIM Design

Implementation of a unique bactericidal and probiotic air treatment system FC ProBIO. The technology was approved for aviation and included in the list of innovations of the Military Construction Complex (MCC) of the Russian Federation. The effectiveness of the system was proven in our own laboratory: reduction of industrial toxin concentration (toluene and formaldehyde) by 100 times. Full transition to BIM modeling of projects was completed.

2024
Marine Technologies and Extreme Durability

A line of marine and coastal equipment with RMRS certification was launched into serial production. Successful resource tests of housings in a salt fog chamber (500 hours of continuous exposure) were conducted, confirming the highest corrosion resistance class C5. Production of our own explosion-proof fans (Ex) was started.

2025
Data Center Solutions and New Quality Standards

Entry into the high-load systems market. A line for Data Centers based on general ventilation with built-in chiller and adiabatic unit in a single housing was developed and tested. A new standard for stainless steel (AISI) housings was implemented, ensuring tightness class L2 and thermal insulation T2 according to European standard EN 1886.
