Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. List of Personal Data

The User consents to the processing of the following personal data (to the extent indicated by the User in the form/message and necessary for the purposes of processing):

• Last name, first name, patronymic (if provided).
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• Company name, position (if the User indicates as a representative of an organization).
• City/region (if provided).
• Content of the inquiry/application (including technical request parameters and other information voluntarily provided by the User).
• Technical data (IP address, cookies/identifiers, browser/device information, date and time of access, visited pages) — in the part generated automatically when using the website.

2. Processing Purposes

Consent is given for personal data processing for the following purposes:

• Processing inquiries, applications, requests for consultations/selection/calculations/commercial proposals and feedback.
• Preparation, conclusion and execution of contracts; conducting negotiations and document exchange.
• Order fulfillment (picking, shipping, delivery — if necessary).
• Service and warranty support, claim review and technical support.
• Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation (accounting, reporting, document storage, responses to authorized bodies when there are grounds).
• Improving service quality, ensuring website operability and security.

3. Actions with Personal Data

The User agrees to the Operator performing the following actions (operations) with personal data:

• collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage;
• clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use;
• provision (transfer) to a limited group of persons (contractors/delivery services/IT providers — if necessary and in minimal scope);
• depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Processing Methods

Personal data processing is carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.

5. Consent Validity Period

The consent is valid until the processing purposes are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn by the User, if there are no other legal grounds for continued processing/storage of personal data.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

The Operator ceases processing and destroys personal data within the terms and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, if there are no other legal grounds for their processing.
