Description and Application:

Central air conditioners of the Medical series are designed to create and maintain an artificial climate in rooms with strict hygienic requirements for air, as well as increased requirements for heat and noise insulation.

The set of sections enables to carry out all kinds of air treatment – filtration, heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, recovery, UV disinfection, and maintain specified parameters of an artificial climate in the rooms under service.

Distinctive Features:

The frame of the air conditioner is made of Arosio or ProLam high-strength aluminum profile, sandwich panels with a filler of extruded polystyrene foam and mineral wool are used as heat and noise insulation. The panels have an outer polymer coating; the inner surface of the panels is made of stainless steel AISI 304 to ensure resistance to aggressive chemical media, enabling the hygienic maintenance of air conditioners. All the joints of the inseparable panels to the profile are insulated by a special antibacterial sealant. This design ensures high rigidity and leak proofness of the air conditioner body and prevents possible suction of outside air into the ventilation system.

The internal elements and parts are arranged in such a way that they can be easily dismantled and hygienically treated with antiseptic agents at the time of maintenance.
