Cold Climate Central Air Conditioners of Expert Nord Series

Cold Climate Central Air Conditioners of Expert Nord Series

_

Description and Application:

Cold climate central air conditioners of Expert Nord series are designed to create and maintain an artificial climate in low temperature areas (below -35°C).

The set of sections enables to carry out all kinds of air treatment – filtration, heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, recuperation, and maintain specified parameters of an artificial climate in the rooms under service.

Central air conditioners of this series, like general industrial versions, are designed to create and maintain an artificial climate in premises of various purposes, from industrial workshops and warehouses, to residential buildings, office and shopping centers, at low ambient temperatures (northern and cold climate areas).

Distinctive Features:

Recuperators in central air conditioners of Eurovent Expert Nord series are operational even at temperatures below -35°C. This is achieved due to special design of recuperators together with unique algorithms of automation.

The air conditioner frame is made of high-strength aluminum profile ProLam, sandwich panels with 45 mm thick filler of extruded polystyrene foam or mineral wool are used as heat and noise insulation.

The design ensures maximum rigidity, bending and torsion strength, and, consequently, the air-conditioner leak proofness.

The panels have an outer polymer coating, the inner surface of the panels is made of galvanized steel (class 2). This design ensures high rigidity and leak proofness of the air conditioner body and prevents possible suction of outside air into the ventilation system.

The structure of the ventilation unit includes a support profile with a height of 100 mm. This design solution helps to eliminate the need for additional support frames for air conditioner, the installation is carried out directly on a flat floor.
