Multi-Fan Technology
Multi-fan on EC fans is a grid of several identical EC plug fans operating in parallel in a single fan chamber. The total airflow is the sum of individual fan flows at the same pressure, providing flexibility, reliability and system efficiency.
Key Technology Advantages
Hot Standby (N+1)
Achieved using N+1 principle: install 1 (or more) "extra" fan. When one fails, the others automatically increase speed and maintain required airflow/pressure without stopping the unit.
High Energy Efficiency
EC motors are 10-50% more economical than traditional AC. Fan arrays operate with better efficiency at partial loads (cube law: P ~ n³). In real projects, replacing one large fan with an EC "wall" yields 25-60% energy savings.
Standardization to 1 Size
The entire supply system is assembled from one standard fan module, and the required airflow is achieved by the number of modules (2×2, 3×2, 4×3, etc.). This drastically simplifies spare parts inventory, procurement and service.
