System Description

Cabinets and control cabinets (CC) are used for complex control, protection and monitoring of the operation of central air conditioners and supply and exhaust ventilation systems in various configurations, in manual and automatic operating modes.

Ventilation system Control Cabinets are used to create a comfortable microclimate inside industrial and public buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, warehouse and logistics centers.

Ventilation automation controllers can not only control ventilation equipment, monitor airing, cleaning and air conditioning, but also perform an energy-saving function, which allows significant savings on heating.

Functional Capabilities

Supply and exhaust ventilation control cabinets, in addition to directly starting and stopping the fan electric motor, provide protection of fan motors from overheating and overload, monitor the serviceability of power and control circuits, as well as the operability and serviceability of sensors.

Our company develops and produces control cabinets for ventilation units, engineering network systems and entire technological processes of air preparation and temperature regulation.

Operating modes control is carried out using freely programmable controllers from leading manufacturers: Eurovent.

This allows managing all processes of central air conditioners operation, both as a single unit, and organizing a central dispatch post for monitoring and control of several units.

Reliability and Testing

All Eurovent control cabinets undergo testing for operation in both nominal modes and with simulation of emergency situations.

For this purpose, we have developed our own test stand, which allows ensuring high reliability and guaranteed operability of all shipped equipment.
